Monthly quotas for conversations, page reads, starter generations and sites

The Billing page now shows your usage for the month against three quotas, plus how many sites you hold. iAdvize sets the quotas per organization. Unless it says otherwise, they are 500 conversations, 5,000 pages read, 2,500 starter generations and 2 sites.

Each organization is in one of two modes:

• Capped (the default): at a limit, the assistant stops showing to new visitors, but conversations already started continue. Page reading and starter generation pause, and no further site can be added, until the 1st of the month.
• Pay as you go: nothing stops. Usage past a quota shows as overage on the meters.

Admins of the organization get an email when a quota reaches 80% and again at 100%, once per quota and per month. The page also lists the usage of past months.

Each site keeps a daily ceiling of 25,000 page reads and 12,500 starter generations, in both modes.
