See the orders linked to a conversation

Added

Opening a conversation now shows which orders followed it. The Sale attribution part of the Result section, which read "coming soon", lists every order carrying the conversation's join key, oldest first.

For each order you see:

  • the order reference and a status: Credited, Cancelled, Out of window or Excluded;
  • the net amount, after recorded refunds and 0 for a cancelled order, with Refund recorded when a refund came in;
  • when it was placed, and how long after the shopper's last message;
  • for an order that isn't credited, one line saying why: it was cancelled, it came more than 24 hours after the last message, it was placed before the shopper's first message, or the assistant gave no real answer in the conversation.

A conversation with no linked order says so in one sentence. Test orders aren't listed, and neither are the orders of a conversation that does not qualify for attribution.

The same list comes back in the REST API's Get a conversation, as attributedOrders, and in the MCP get_conversation tool.

Resources

A conversation detail page with the transcript on the left and the rail on the right. The rail's Result section is open and shows 0 impressions and 0 clicks, then a Sale attribution part listing order seed-order-1001 with a green Credited badge, a net amount of €64.90, and the line "Placed Oct 23, 2026, 5:46 PM · 3 hours after the last message".
