Long starter questions wrap on phones, and the chat header stays put

Fixed

A long starter question no longer breaks the chat on a phone. A starter question can be up to 60 characters. On the chat welcome screen its chip used to stay on a single line, so on a phone a long question was wider than the chat. The conversation then scrolled sideways, and the chat header (the agent's name and avatar, the menu and the ✕) slid partly out of view with it.

Two things change, in the AI Storefront, the embedded panel and every Playground pane:

  • A question too long for the chat wraps onto more lines inside its chip, so the shopper reads it in full without scrolling. The chip keeps its rounded shape and is never wider than the chat. A single long word with no space in it, such as a link or a product reference, is broken across lines too. The wrapped lines follow your agent version's Alignment setting (Left, Center or Right).
  • The chat header stays in place. If something in the conversation is still wider than the chat and the shopper scrolls sideways, the header no longer moves with it.

Nothing to set up: short questions look exactly as before, and you don't need to shorten the ones you already wrote.
