Long links in answers stay readable

Links no longer clutter an answer. When the assistant wrote a long address, two things went wrong: while the answer typed out, the address appeared one character at a time, and once finished, the full address could fill several lines of the panel.

Both are fixed, in the web tag's panel, on the AI Storefront, in the Playground and in conversation transcripts:

• While the answer appears, a link that isn't complete yet stays hidden. It shows in one go once it's fully written.
• A bare address over 60 characters shows only its host, for example www.example-store.com. Tapping it still opens the full address in a new tab.

Links with a label, short addresses, email addresses and phone numbers show as before.
