The conversations grid counts the shopper's messages

The Messages column on the Conversations grid is now Shopper messages. It counts only the messages the shopper wrote. The assistant's replies are no longer included, and sorting by the column uses the same count.

A bookmarked or shared link that sorts by the old count keeps working. It now sorts by the shopper count, the same column.

Two filters sit in the Add a filter menu on the All and Needs review tabs. Each one shows as a chip you remove to turn it off, and it is saved in the page address, so a filtered view can be shared or bookmarked.

Only one shopper message keeps the conversations where the shopper wrote a single message. Every row then shows 1 in the Shopper messages column.

Opened from a starter keeps only the conversations the shopper opened from a starter question. Turn both on to combine them.
