The terms are approved and the DPA is published

Changed

The terms of use are approved. Version 2026-10-21, in English and French. The draft banner is gone. Article 8 now sets out the pilot: it is free, lasts one month from the day you accept the terms (iAdvize can extend it by email), and asks you for feedback on the service at least every 15 days.

The Data Processing Agreement is published. It is the contract required by Article 28 of the GDPR for the data we process on your behalf, such as your shoppers' conversations with the assistant. It is part of the terms, so it applies to every organization that has accepted them, pilot included. Read it at /legal/dpa, in English or French, or from the DPA link in the footer of our public pages.

The privacy policy and the sub-processor list are updated. Both stay approved and move to version 2026-10-21, in English and French.
