Conversion and add-to-cart rates now show one decimal

Fixed

A conversion rate of 0.27% used to show as 0%. It looked as if the assistant never converted, when a few conversations did end in an order.

The rates now show one decimal, rounded to the nearest tenth: 0.3%. This applies to:

  • the Assistant conversion rate tile and the conversion rate chart axis on the Sales report;
  • the Conversion rate and Add-to-cart rate tiles on the Insights report.

A rate of exactly zero reads 0.0%.

With Compare to previous period on, the change in points is worked out on the figures as shown and also has one decimal. A drop from 0.5% to 0.3% reads -0.2 pts, not "0 pts".

The other tiles keep their format, including the add-to-cart share attributed to the assistant on Sales, the assisted rate and satisfaction.

The Orders page of the Sales report. The Assistant conversion rate tile reads 7.1% (2 of 28 qualifying conversations), and the rate chart axis counts in tenths of a percent, from 0.0% to 100.0%.
