Admin activity pages through the log and filters by a recorded actor

Changed

Admin activity now reads like a list you can walk through and share.

  • Pages of 50. Previous and Next sit under the table, next to a range such as 1–50 of 1,234. Past 10,000 matching entries it reads of more than 10,000.
  • Pick an actor instead of typing one. The Actor filter lists everyone recorded in your log, members who have left and revoked API keys included, plus System. Typing part of a name or an email to match several people is gone.
  • Three columns sort: Date, Action and Source. Site, Actor and Target no longer sort; Site and Actor have their own filters.
  • The view lives in the address. Filters, sort and page survive a reload and can be shared with a colleague who has the same access. Reset clears them. A link to a page that no longer exists opens the first page of the same view.
  • Export CSV is unchanged: it still downloads every entry matching your filters, newest first, up to 5,000 rows.

If you read lists through the REST API or the MCP server, their cursors changed format. A cursor saved before this release gets invalid_cursor once: start again without a cursor. Requests and responses are otherwise unchanged.

Resources

The Admin activity tab of Organization settings with the Actor filter open. It lists All actors, System and the recorded actors, two of them sharing an email and told apart by their reference in parentheses. The Date column header shows a down arrow, and the Action and Source headers show sort arrows.
