Deleting a site that has been used works again
FixedYou can now delete any site that isn't your organization's last one, even if it has been used. Before, deleting a site whose tag had recorded visits or conversations failed with "Could not delete the site. Please try again.", and DELETE /api/v1/sites/{siteId} answered 500.
Once you confirm, the site is gone everywhere at once: it leaves your dashboard and the API, its tag and AI Storefront stop answering on your storefront, Shopify orders for its connectors are ignored, and it no longer counts toward your site limit. The agent that answered on it stops answering. It stays stored with the site, like its other agents.
One change in behavior: deleting a site used to detach its agents and connectors and leave them unassigned. They now stay with the deleted site, and nothing is reattached to another one. Its widgets, pages, starter questions and conversations aren't erased either, and Admin activity keeps showing the site's name.
Deleting a site still can't be undone from the dashboard, and your last site still can't be deleted.
