The Questions library pages, searches and sorts across the whole library
ChangedA long library no longer loads in one piece. The Questions page shows 50 questions at a time, with Previous and Next and a count under the grid ("51 to 100 of 212"). When a search or a filter is on, the count of the whole library follows ("212 in the library").
Search, filters and sorts reach every question, not only the rows on screen. The search box, the page type, type and status filters, and the sort on Status, CTR, Performance and Updated now work on the whole library, then the result is paged. They are kept in the address, so a reload or a shared link shows the same view.
New language filter. For each language your site serves, choose Has text in or Missing text in. The second one lists the questions a shopper in that language never sees.
From a page to its questions. On a page's view in Pages, Review in Questions now opens the library filtered to the questions generated from that page. A chip shows the page's address, and one click removes the filter.
The order number and Move up / Move down follow the library order. The number counts across pages (the second page starts at 51) and is shown only when nothing filters or sorts the list. Move up and Move down work only on that plain list, and now cross page edges: moving the last row of a page down swaps it with the first row of the next.
Find the questions of a page, and tell edited AI questions apart. The search also reads the address of the page a generated question was written from, so pasting a URL finds its questions. The Type filter now has AI-generated, edited next to AI-generated and Written by you.
The same search, filters and sorts over the API and MCP. GET /api/v1/sites/{siteId}/starter-questions and the list_starter_questions tool take search, reachesPageType, language with languageMatch (has or missing), sort and order, and source=generated for both kinds of generated question. The response carries meta.matching, the number of questions the filters leave. A cursor is bound to the filters and the sort it was issued for: change either and start again without a cursor.
