The Starters card's field, chips and spacing line up

Layout fixes to the Starters card, on your storefront and in the editor's preview:

• The field and the question chips are 40 px tall, at every size. The field used to be 48 px tall and the chips 32 px. Both now have the same 40 px height, whatever size you pick for the card.
• The send button sits inside the question field. Its size did not follow the field's: at the Large size it filled the field's whole height and touched its top and bottom edges, at Medium it sat closer to the top and bottom than to the right, and at Small it left more space above and below than on its right. It is now 32 px and leaves the same 4 px above, below and to its right, at every size. When you give the field a border, the button is 30 px so it stays 4 px inside the border.
• The card leaves 16 px below itself, so it no longer sits flush against the next block of your page.

Nothing to change in your widget. The question bar and the chat bubble keep their layout, including the bubble's own question chips.
