Insights is now Activity, and its Demand rankings moved

Changed

The Insights report is now called Activity. It's the same page under a new name, at a new address. The sidebar item and the page title use the new name, and the old address redirects to it.

The Demand tab is gone. Its two rankings moved to the pages where you work with conversations and sales:

  • Conversation types is a new Conversation Topic tab on the Conversations list, beside All and Needs review. It ranks the nine conversation types by how many labeled conversations hold each one. Each row opens the list filtered on that type.
  • Purchase objections is on the Sales report. The overview shows the share of labeled conversations where a shopper raised an objection, and the top three objections. A new Purchase Objection tab lists all nine. Each row opens the list filtered on that objection.

Both rankings are marked Beta, because they count conversation labels.

Some filters are not offered there. The Conversation Topic tab doesn't offer Customer feedback, and the Purchase Objection tab offers only the date range and its comparison. A Customer feedback selection you made on Activity is kept, not applied, while you're on those pages. The old Demand address opens the Conversation Topic view.

The Conversations list with its All, Needs review and Conversation Topic tabs, Conversation Topic selected, and Activity last in the Reports section of the sidebar.
