Wide Starters cards put the input field beside the questions

On a Starters card 480 px or wider, the input field now sits on the same line as the questions when they all fit on one row and at least 280 px remain beside them. With short questions on a wide mount, the card is one line shorter.

When there isn't room, the field stays below the questions. It never sits beside only some of them. Whenever the card shows questions, the field is 280 px wide, beside them or below them. A card with no question keeps a field up to 480 px wide, and cards under 480 px wide don't change.

Every Starters widget gets this, published ones included, with nothing to save. The editor preview shows the same placement and width.
