The Channel label is now called Source

Channel is now Source. The dashboard uses one word for where a conversation came from: Source. You see it as a column in the Conversations and Events tables, in a conversation's details, and as the Source filter on the Conversations list, the Events table and the reports. The values don't change: Web, Hosted Page and Playground.

Nothing changes for integrations. The REST API and the MCP server still call the field channel, with the values web, hosted and playground.

The German dashboard says "Unterhaltung" everywhere. It used to mix "Gespräch" and "Konversation" for a conversation. Source reads "Quelle" in German and "Source" in French. In the agent version editor, the "Conversation starters" card is now titled "Einstiegsfragen" in German.
