The Sales report now shows your add-to-carts
AddedThe Sales page in Reports used to say "Coming soon". It now shows the add-to-cart counts introduced on 20 October.
- Four tiles. Add-to-carts in total, add-to-carts made in a session that had a conversation, the share attributed to the assistant, and the split between your pages and the assistant's panel. With Compare to previous period on, the first three show the change.
- Two charts. Add-to-carts over time with and without a conversation, and a ranked bar chart of your pages against the panel.
- What a count is. One add-to-cart per cart line added. It is not a click and not a number of units. The share is an indicator: it is not what the assistant added on top of what would have happened anyway.
- Not measured is not zero. If your pages or the panel have no recorded add yet, the figures read Not measured. A notice states from which date each origin is counted when your period begins before it. On the chart, the with-conversation line counts only the panel's adds (dashed, a minimum) until your pages are measured.
- Counting switched off. If Count add-to-carts on your pages is off in Site settings > Site access, a notice says the figures no longer grow and the share is overstated, with a link to that setting.
The only filter is the period, and days are UTC days. Revenue, the funnel and order detail are not in this report yet.
The 20 October entry says these counts are not in a dashboard report yet. That is no longer true.
