Asking again for starter questions no longer generates a page twice
FixedAsking for starter questions on a page whose questions were still being written queued it a second time. The page was then generated twice, counted twice against your generation limit and, with Replace earlier generated questions ticked, the first set of questions was replaced by the second.
A page in progress is now skipped. In the Generate starters dialog on Pages, it reads Questions being generated now and is not counted among the pages ready to generate. The REST API (POST /api/v1/sites/{siteId}/pages/generate) and the MCP tool generate_starter_questions skip it too, with the reason already_generating. So do Read and generate starters and the automatic generation: every way of asking claims its pages one at a time, so two requests at once cannot both start the same page. When every page you selected is already being generated, the dialog says so and starts nothing.
A page counts as in progress from the moment generation is asked for until the generation shows in its history, or for 2 hours at most if it never does. After that, you can ask for it again.
The Starters filter on Pages gains Generating, to list the pages in progress. The REST API takes starters=with|none|generating on GET /api/v1/sites/{siteId}/pages, and the MCP tool list_site_pages takes starters too. The older startersGenerated still works.
