AISA Standard 1.2 is the new default engine
AddedAISA Standard 1.2 is now the default engine. A new shopping assistant version starts on it unless you pick another engine. It answers faster than AISA Standard 1.1. In our offline tests on a set of 95 shopping scenarios, a turn took about 6 seconds on 1.2 against about 10 on 1.1. These are offline measurements, not production figures.
The engine selector changed. The Current group now lists AISA Light 1.1, AISA Standard 1.2 and AISA Max 1.1. AISA Standard 1.1 moved to Previous, which lists AISA Light 1.0, AISA Max 1.0 and AISA Standard 1.1. AISA Standard 1.0 is no longer offered.
Versions already running on AISA Standard 1.0 or 1.1 are not touched. An engine is fixed once a version is created, so to move an agent to 1.2, create a new version and pick it there.
Quick replies in the conversation transcript. In a conversation's read-only transcript, the quick replies row now shows under the assistant's last sentence, as the shopper saw it. Some responses used to show the row above the sentence. The chips stay inert in the transcript.
